Description
Dreams are a universal, nightly phenomenon in every culture around the world. Dreams can help people overcome crises, solve important problems and enhance creativity. Dreamers of every stripe – clinical psychologists, academic scholars, students, therapists, dream workers, researchers, artists, educators and writers -- attend the annual International Association for the Study of Dreams Conferences, all sharing a common commitment to the exploration of dream experiences. This multi-faceted approach to dreaming is reflected in the variety of conference experiences. Students will have the opportunity to learn more about these curious, inspiring and often puzzling productions we create in our sleep. For this course, students will attend a morning dream group at the conference and specifically focus on the presentations (workshops, seminars, panels) in the Extraordinary, Psi and Lucid Dreaming Track.
